After many years of being involved in the quilting industry I opened my own quilting studio on 16 February 2006. Located at 8B Railside Place, Frankton, Hamilton, "Donna's Quilt Studio" is situated in a redeveloped Heritage Building that was once owned by New Zealand Railways. This large spacious building with it’s high studs is half retail space and the other half set aside for workshops and exhibitions. Donna’s Quilt Studio carry all your patchwork and quilting supplies and endeavour to stock a wide variety of quilting fabrics to cater for all your needs.

My specialty is in contemporary fabrics and I stock an ever expanding range of batiks, black and whites, flannels and many hard to get fabrics. I also stock quilting notions, books and patterns and kitsets including my own designs.

Having been a sponsored tutor for Husqvarna Viking Sewing Machines for the last four years, I am very pleased to be able to continue my association with them and am the only Husqvarna Viking sewing machine agent in Hamilton.
